The auto crash that took the life of Cincinnati offensive lineman Ben Flick left two other Bearcat players injured, including wide receiver Mark Barr, who is listed in critical condition, via the Cincinnati Enquirer.

One player is listed in critical condition after the crash that took the life of a Cincinnati offensive lineman.


Wide receiver Javon Harrison was also involved in the wreck and has been upgraded to fair condition. Barr and Harrison are both receiving treatment at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The Enquirer reports that alcohol may have been involved in the crash, which Hanover Township Fire Department Capt. Andy Wyatt told them was “one of the worst crashes” he’s ever seen.
The crash, which took place Saturday night after the Bearcats’ 14-0 win over Miami (OH), killed Flick, an offensive lineman from Hamilton, Ohio. Miami student Sean Van Dyne, also from Hamilton, was involved in the wreck and is listed in critical condition.
A vigil was held Sunday evening at Hamilton High School, with more than 300 attendees.
