Got a nice house? Art Briles will fight you.

The Baylor head coach is out here speakin’ Texas. Try to keep up.

That’s the Bears’ head coach after his team’s 48-46 scare against lowly Texas Tech, in which the No. 7 team’s QB, Bryce Petty, left with a concussion. Times are tough all around, and if you’re fixin’ to get comfy in your lil duplex with your lil two-car garage and your lil spouse scrubbin’ your lil dishes for you with lil name brand detergent, you’re just not cut out for what it takes to survive Briles’ world.

If you can’t pick up what Coach is putting down here, he might just fight you, too.

Previously in Briles talkin’:

Spencer Hall: Does Texas have the best barbecue in the nation?

Art Briles: Everyone’s wondering who’s gonna be No. 2.

SH: And brisket is the king of barbecues?

AB: I’m a little biased, but yessir.

SH: And your favorite place?

AB: Now, that’s where you might get me in trouble. That’s where social media’s gonna catch up with me. I’ve got many. If its last name is Texas, I’m eating there. It’s good.
