After months of hard work in the weight room and on the practice fields, Notre Dame football finally gave its fans a chance to get a glimpse of the 2014 team.
Notre Dame’s spring football game is not going well
One Irish team is beating the daylights out of the other.

Things ... well, depending how you look at them, are either going really good or really bad.
Just gonna say it. The Gold team sucks. pic.twitter.com/0sG60UKwlE

At halftime, the score was 57-15. The second half should be a good time.
So far, quarterbacks Everett Golson and Malik Zaire have lit the defense up, though that was to be expected. As coach Brian Kelly said during his halftime interview, this game is more about getting the players (see: quarterbacks who will be replacing a starter from last year) some confidence. Taking a 42-point lead into halftime is the exact definition of confidence building for football players.
