Remember, you have different New Year’s Eve plans this year. Rather than watching the ball drop, you can watch college football all night in two of the three biggest games of the bowl season ... plus another good game.
Watch the New Year’s Eve College Football Playoff: TV times and online streaming link
This New Year’s Eve will be so awesome, watching college football through confetti. Missing out is not an option, so plan accordingly.
The College Football Playoff is on Dec. 31, featuring No. 1 Clemson and No. 4 Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl and No. 2 Alabama and No. 3 Michigan State in the Cotton Bowl.
Clemson and Oklahoma met in the Russell Athletic Bowl last year, but this year’s teams will look a lot different, with a dream matchup in store. Later in the evening, Alabama attempts to avoid an upset against a Big Ten team for the second straight year, with Michigan State fresh off a bulldozing, 22-play drive to beat Iowa in the Big Ten Championship Game.
The Playoff bowls aren’t the only ones on New Year’s Eve, as we get the rest of the New Year’s Six matchups started off with Florida State vs. Houston. Here’s a quick look at the full schedule.
