Alabama won the National Championship Game so Nick Saban got the obligatory Gatorade shower from O.J. Howard and Derrick Henry. Needless to say, he didn't look too happy about it.
Nick Saban smiled even after this Gatorade shower made him grumpy
Nick Saban got doused with Gatorade, kind of danced a bit and allowed himself a brief moment of pure joy.
Surprisingly, while it was Dabo Swinney who was known for dancing after big wins, Saban responded by kind of running off on the plug twice. He did so grouchily, as Saban is wont to do.
It wasn’t until the final 12 seconds had run off that Saban allowed himself to smile.
And so ends another season for arguably the best college football coach of all time.
