‘Last Chance U’ star lineman Ronald Ollie scored an 84-yard TD

Ollie has his Piesman moment.

Ronald Ollie was easily my favorite character on the Netflix show Last Chance U, and I bet he was probably yours as well. After finishing at East Mississippi Community College, Ollie ended up at Nicholls with former Lions teammate Marcel Andry.

On Saturday night, Ollie took a blocked field goal to the house for a touchdown for the Colonels.

The TD was the first in a wild back-and-forth game between Nicholls and Houston Baptist that the Colonels ended up winning in overtime. Earlier this season, Nicholls played Georgia tough and nearly beat the Dawgs.

Ollie’s also no stranger to Piesman moments. His highlight tape released in December 2015 from EMCC shows him toting the rock a few times.

Through six games (in which Ollie has played in five) he’s third on the team in tackles for loss. He also has a sack and a team-high two quarterback hurries.
