Penn State beat No. 2 Ohio State as a 20-point underdog on Saturday night. It was one of the season’s greatest upsets, and it happened because of one play in particular.
Penn State beat Ohio State on this stunning block-six touchdown
Unbelievable!

Ohio State had a 21-17 lead with less than five minutes to play. The Nittany Lions blocked the Buckeyes’ field goal attempt, and Grant Haley scooped it and ran it the length of the field for a touchdown.
That made it 24-21, Penn State, on one of the plays of the year. It held up as the decisive play in the game. And you can’t hear it in that GIF, but Beaver Stadium was tossed into an absolute frenzy. This was a whale of a college football moment.
It was a fairly remarkable game, with a bunch of twists and turns, and this was merely the most serious of those. Ohio State scored the first 12 points of the evening and had a 21-7 lead in the second half, but Penn State battled all the way back, and then the Lions held on defense to make Haley’s big run stand up.
