No. 11 Oklahoma hosts Baylor on Saturday afternoon, and the Sooners can help kick the Bears' season further into the ditch with a win. Baylor looked like it could throw a wrench in the Big 12 title race earlier in the season, but the Bears have dropped two games in a row, including a complete demolition at home at the hands of rival TCU. They're still capable of scoring points, but the suspension of running back Shock Linwood is a major blow to this team.
Baylor vs. Oklahoma 2016: Start time, live stream, TV schedule, and 3 things to know
Can Baylor pull out of its skid, or is Oklahoma going to roll?

Oklahoma put together a nervy effort against Iowa State last week, but it managed to escape Ames with a win, which is really all that counts. After losing two of their first three games this year, the Sooners have wheeled off six straight wins. With games against West Virginia and Oklahoma State still to come, the Big 12 race is still very much in doubt, but Oklahoma is the one in pole position.

Three big things to know
1. Oklahoma can win its 14th straight conference game this Saturday. A win would also technically keep the Sooners alive in the Playoff hunt, but they need so much help from teams ahead of them that it’s silly to focus on that. They’re 6-0 in Big 12 play and control their own destiny for yet another conference title. If they can finish the job, we’ll see where the rest of the national picture stands then.
2. Baylor is still a dangerous team, but it appears to have hit the wall over the past two weeks. Its 6-0 start ended, and now its staring at the prospect of a third straight loss. Both of those losses came against teams that aren’t as good as Oklahoma, so there’s a good chance this gets worse before it gets better.
3. Oklahoma didn't look great against Iowa State last week, but it's getting a boost in the backfield with the return of Joe Mixon from suspension. TCU ran for 431 yards against Baylor last week, so this could spell major trouble for the Bears.
