No. 7 Louisville comes to Chestnut Hill on Saturday for an early kick against Boston College, and they have zero margin for error if they want to stay in line to grab a College Football Playoff spot.
Louisville vs. Boston College 2016: Start time, live stream, TV schedule, and 3 things to know
Another week to enjoy watching Lamar Jackson.

The Cards have been explosive all season, but had to pull out the stops to avoid a humiliating upset at the hands of Virginia last week. Lamar Jackson had something of a Heisman Moment, connecting for the game-winning touchdown pass with 13 seconds left, but it was a shaky performance overall against a team that's not very good. That should serve as something of a wake up call for Louisville, who should know by now that they won't be able to coast their way to an 11-1 finish, even if they have the best player in the country.
Boston College, meanwhile, is not really enjoying this season. The Eagles finally snapped a brutal 12-game ACC losing streak, but the offense remains a complete mess and is dragging down the efforts of a good defense. The defense is ranked 18th in Defensive S&P+, but the offense is toiling at 123rd in Offensive S&P+. That won’t be good enough to stay with Lamar Jackson and the Cards.

Three big things to know
1. The Lamar Jackson Show rolls on for another week, and at this point it’s time to simply savor watching him play. He will be back next year, sure, but Jackson is in the midst of an incredible season and there’s no guarantee he’ll ever play consistently at this level again.
2. The Eagles may not have the same huge level of defense they had last year under former defensive coordinator Don Brown, but make no mistake, this team is still tough to move the ball against. They have absolutely no offense, however, which presents a bit of a problem when faced with a dynamic scoring machine like Louisville. If Boston College has a prayer in this game, they’ll have to score at least into the 30s, something they haven’t done this year outside games against Wagner and Buffalo.
3. Boston College’s miserable 12-game losing streak in ACC games is finally over. Their winning streak will probably not extend beyond one game, but when you’ve gone through what BC has gone through, a loss to one of the best teams in the country is not the end of the world.
