Rose Parade 2017 live stream: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch online

The Rose Bowl Parade is upon us, and here is how you can watch all the action on Monday.

The Rose Bowl Parade is set for Monday, the first time in a very long time the parade will be held on a day other than Jan. 1. New Year’s Day is always part of the Rose Bowl festivities, but they never run the parade on a Sunday, so changes were made.

Instead, the Rose Parade will get underway at 11 a.m. ET on Monday, several hours before the Rose Bowl game itself at 5 p.m. ET between Penn State and USC. The parade will be broadcast on ABC and NBC in the United States, as well as other channels, including the Hallmark Channel, HGTV, and Univision. The whole thing will also be available online via the WatchESPN livestream on ESPN3.

In other words, it’s exceedingly easy to catch the event in the United States, whether you’re watching on TV or online. It will even covered by Rural Radio on Sirius XM if you just want to listen. Some of the other broadcasters will also have their own online streams of the event.

The 128th Rose Parade will see more than 90 entries, including floats, marching bands, and equestrian groups going through the five-and-a-half mile procession via Orange Grove Boulevard and Colorado Boulevard.

This year, there will be a huge float — titled “Lucy Pet’s Gnarly Crankin’ K-9 Wave Maker” — which set the record for the longest and heaviest float in the parade’s history, at 125 feet long and 70 tons in weight. The float will feature a massive wave tank and ... you guessed it, surfing dogs. Because football!

The full list of floats and order of procession can be found in the official Rose Parade program right here. You can find a full map of the route below, via the Tournament of Roses website.

Below is all you need to watch the Rose Parade on Monday.
