Arkansas struggled with Coastal Carolina this weekend. And when I say ‘struggled,’ I mean they needed a late go-ahead score to actually win the game.
You quite literally cannot give away tickets to Arkansas home games these days
The Hogs are just not good, and people aren’t too keen on watching them.

Arkansas has some fan apathy issues, and it’s very understandable, given the fact that the Hogs seem to be spinning their wheels under Bret Bielema. Those issues are clearly evidenced in one photo:
Brent here is so fed up trying to scalp tickets to the game against Coastal Carolina that he just up and left ‘em tied to a column about an hour before game time.
Here’s a view from those seats, by the way. They’re in the corner, but section 128, row 10 is a very good place to watch an Arkansas game.
Per Arkansas’ website, these seats run $360 a pop for a full season and were $40 face value for yesterday’s game. They also come with a minimum donation of $500.
This underscores the point, though. The product Arkansas is putting out on the field isn’t desirable. We know Group Of 5 opponents aren’t exactly the sexiest on the schedule, but you’d have to imagine a better team could draw enough buzz to be able to get rid of multiple tickets to the team’s homecoming game.
