You have got to see Vic Beasley’s Clemson-themed Chevy Camaro

Let’s just say this one’ll be hard to miss on the road.

Former Clemson Tigers defensive lineman Vic Beasley, now of the Atlanta Falcons, took his regular old Chevy Camaro and made it as Clemson as humanly possible.

It was something of a restoration job (as much as a 2012 car needs to be restored). The restorer, named Eddie Black, said the car was in “pretty bad shape body-wise” before he got ahold of it. He restored it, and then some.

For all the pictures of the restoration process, head here.

The exterior color used is 2015 Lamborghini Orange Tricolor paint by R&M Diamont Systems, donated by Southeast PBE, 59 Maple Ridge Drive Cartersville GA.

As for the ColorBond, they purchased quarts of black, white, red, and orange, mixed them, and then shot the color through a LVHP gun. This is a much more efficient way to paint and allows for a bigger coverage area. Everything was able to be sprayed evenly: convertible top, dash, and seats.

The after:

This is the third extremely good Clemson car of note in the last few months. Clemson had a NASCAR car unveiled a few weeks ago that looked like this:

And Deshaun Watson bought his mother a car a few days after the NFL Draft:

Clemson’s automotive stable is nothing if not impressive, and it crosses the entire spectrum. There’s muscle, luxury, and stock all with Tiger connections. The champs are fast on the field, but they’re quick on the asphalt, too.
