Liberty Bowl 2018, Oklahoma State vs. Missouri: Where, when, and team info
The game in Memphis has its matchup.

Who’s playing in the 2018 Liberty Bowl?
Oklahoma State (6-6, 3-6 in Big 12)
The Pokes were way up and way down this season. They beat Boise State (by a lot), Texas, and West Virginia. They lost badly to Texas Tech and Kansas State, along with a couple of other mediocre-ish teams from their conference. They also again fell narrowly short of beating Oklahoma. Yet when they were good, they were fun, and quarterback Taylor Cornelius had a quietly strong year replacing Mason Rudolph. They’ll be fun to watch in this game, if only because nobody ever knows what they’ll get when watching 2018 Oklahoma State.
Missouri (8-4, 4-4 in SEC)
For the second year in a row, the Tigers were one of the more quietly good teams in a power conference. They finished the regular season 16th in Offensive S&P+ under first-year coordinator Derek Dooley, who got to partake in a 50-7 drubbing his former employer, the Tennessee Volunteers. QB Drew Lock didn’t do anything to dissuade people from thinking he’ll be a fairly high NFL pick, and the defense was good enough that when Missouri’s offense played well, it was almost always enough to win. (The biggest exception: a 43-29 loss to Georgia at home in Week 4.)
Where is the Liberty Bowl?
It’s in Memphis, Tenn., at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium. That’s the home field for the Memphis Tigers, but it’s more famous for hosting this game since 1965. The Liberty Bowl spent a few years in Philadelphia after its founding for the 1959 season.
