UPDATE: The full bracket is out. We also broke down the four biggest snubs.

The College Football Playoff bracket is about to be announced after a wild Championship Week throughout the sport that saw Virginia blow its playoff shot by losing to Duke in the ACC title game, Alabama get drubbed in the SEC title game for its third loss of the year, and Indiana upset Ohio State to claim the Big Ten. The 12-team College Football Playoff bracket will be announced Sunday at noon, so let’s dig into what it could look like one more time.

The big question heading into the bracket reveal is what happens to the final seeds. Will Notre Dame get in as a two-loss team? Is it possible the Irish could make it over a Miami Hurricanes team that beat them to start the season? Could Vanderbilt and star QB Diego Pavia be selected after Alabama’s loss? It will also be interesting to see how far Ohio State falls after the loss to Indiana.

Here’s our final projection before the bracket reveal:

College Football Playoff final projection

1. Indiana Hoosiers

2. Georgia Bulldogs

3. Ohio State Buckeyes

4. Texas Tech Red Raiders

5. Oregon Ducks

6. Ole Miss Rebels

7. Texas A&M Aggies

8. Oklahoma Sooners

9. Notre Dame Fighting Irish

10. Miami Hurricanes

11. Tulane Green Wave

12. James Madison Dukes

Here’s how the bracket would look like in this scenario, via Twitter user Ryan Fravel.

This bracket would make for several major snubs. Alabama blew its shot at the playoff on Saturday with hits third loss of the season. Vanderbilt is hoping to backdoor its way into the playoff after missing the SEC championship game, but its loss to the Crimson Tide earlier in the season now looks even worse. Hey, at least BYU kept its coach away from Penn State. Utah has also a decent case at 10-2 with losses to only BYU and Texas Tech, but it’s probably not enough to get in.

If it can survive Oklahoma, Notre Dame vs. Indiana would be a rematch from last year’s College Football Playoff when the Irish won. A Georgia vs. Ohio State semifinals matchup would be absolute cinema. I’d also love to see Oregon get a crack at Texas Tech and would pick the Ducks in that matchup.

The bracket will be out in a few hours. Check back for more coverage.
