Claudio Yacob and Shane Long, who were both injury doubts, start for the Baggies. Southampton welcome Gaston Ramirez back into the fold after he missed a month with an injury. The Saints' attack hasn't been the same without him, and should look a bit more dynamic with him in the team if he is completely fit.
