Although Jim Harbaugh finished second in the Super Bowl, he's guaranteed to start first at the Indianapolis 500. The San Francisco 49ers head coach will drive the pace car on Sunday, according to IndyStar.com.
Indy 500 2013: Jim Harbaugh will drive pace car
The former Indianapolis Colts quarterback will return to lead the way in Sunday’s Indianapolis 500.

Harbaugh is a former Indianapolis Colts quarterback and co-owner of Indianapolis-based Panther Racing. He will be driving a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
Panther Racing has seen Scott Goodyear, Sam Hornish Jr. and Tomas Scheckter win IndyCar races. Those experiences are ones that stick with Harbaugh.
"Being part of the team," he said, noting championships won by Hornish in 2001 and ‘02. "It’s the thrill of victory."
"It’s cool, too, to be there for times when you have disappointment. You watch the team fix the car and move on."
It's been a big year for the Harbaugh family already. The Super Bowl featured both Jim and his brother, John, as their teams, the 49ers and Baltimore Ravens, played a tight game that eventually went Baltimore's way.
Today Jim Harbaugh also found out that the 49ers will be hosting Super Bowl L in their new stadium that opens in 2014.
