New York Giants WR Hakeem Nicks (knee) has been officially ruled out of Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Nicks was initially listed as doubtful, but per Jenny Vrentas, he was downgraded to "out" and will not travel with the team. Nicks got in limited practice on Thursday, but had swelling in his knee and was held out of Friday practices. He has 14 catches for 237 yards and one touchdown on the season.
Hakeem Nicks injury update: Ruled out, remove from fantasy lineups
Hakeem Nicks has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Eagles. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With Nicks out again, his spot will be taken by either Domenik Hixon or Ramses Barden. Barden had a breakout game against the Carolina Panthers in Week 3, but his playing time will probably be reduced with Hixon coming back. I wouldn't count on either guy against the Eagles' stout pass defense.
