The 1-8 Tennessee Titans and fantasy football starters do not go together well, but still we persist. This week we’ll see if RB Tyjae Spears is worthy of getting one of your fake teams’ coveted starting spots. Spears and company get a tough matchup against the 4-5 Houston Texans and are 5.5-point underdogs at home.

We break down the fantasy football outlook of Tyjae Spears ahead of Week 11

Below, we’ll go over Tyjae Spears’ outlook in fantasy football for Week 11.
Fantasy Football analysis: Titans, RB, Tyjae Spears
Spears and Tony Pollard have split work fairly evenly over the last month or so, which is not great when you’re on a team that averages the second worst yards per play and the worst points per game. The good news is that Spears has been a Top 32 PPR back in his last four games, as he has been efficient with his touches and three or more receptions in each game.
Unfortunately this week he gets a Texans defense that makes it much more difficult to be efficient on 10-12 touches than other teams. They’ve allowed just 3.7 yards per carry and no back has topped 71 rushing yards. I could see Spears once again slipping in under that RB32 finish again this week, but I’d rather give another back a chance with more upside if at all possible.
