The 4-8 Minnesota Vikings host the 3-9 Washington Commanders as 1.5-point home favorites on Sunday. The Commanders will get QB Jayden Daniels back from his shoulder injury, while the Vikings will get QB J.J. McCarthy back from his concussion. I think one of these teams got the better deal.
Jordan Addison start or sit: Week 14 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Jordan Addison ahead of Week 14

The Vikings offense has been mostly bad with McCarthy at the helm, as seen by the great Justin Jefferson putting up pedestrian numbers this year. Jefferson remains a fantasy start, but is more of a WR2/3, so what does that do to Jordan Addison?
Below, we’ll go over Jordan Addison’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 14.
Fantasy Football analysis: Vikings, WR, Jordan Addison
Addison hasn’t topped 48 receiving yards since Week 7, when Carson Wentz was at quarterback. He has managed to salvage a couple weeks with touchdowns, but in both of those games he still was just WR31 in PPR. The offense is just bad with McCarthy in there.
The good news is that the Commanders have been bad at defending wide receivers, as they’ve allowed the third-most fantasy points to the position. Overall, he’s had some tough matchups, with this one being good enough that maybe McCarthy can have a better outing than usual. Addison is right on the edge of a start in my rankings and with his ability, I still like his upside despite his QB situation.
