The 9-3 Seattle Seahawks travel to Atlanta to take on the 4-8 Falcons as 7.5-point favorites this Sunday. The Seahawks are in a fight for first place in the NFC West and need all the wins they can muster. With a fairly easy schedule and another chance against the Rams, they have a real chance of winning their division and even getting the coveted No. 1 seed.
AJ Barner start or sit: Week 14 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of AJ Barner ahead of Week 14

With Jaxon Smith-Njigba dominating the offense, offensive help from non-JSN receivers is needed, but nobody has truly stepped up with any consistency. Tight end A.J. Barner has come close to being a consistent producer, but has only been a Top 15 fantasy tight end about half the time.
Below, we’ll go over AJ Barner’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 14.
Fantasy Football analysis: Seahawks, TE, AJ Barner
Barner remains a consistent red zone target for Sam Darnold, but the two haven’t hooked up on a touchdown since Week 5. I’d say he is due, as he has five red-zone targets over the last five games. He’s also seen the second-most targets on the team over the last three games, with 11, 4, and 5.
The Falcons have allowed just 3.5 receptions and one total touchdown to opposing tight ends this season. That has them as second-best in fantasy points allowed to tight ends. And when you adjust for schedule, they fall to third-best.
Barner is also dealing with knee and shoulder ailments this week. He looks like he’ll be okay to play, but I don’t think I can get him as a start in 12 team leagues this week. He should be reserved to 2TE leagues.
