The 9-4 Los Angeles Chargers head to Kansas City as 5.5-point underdogs as they take on the 6-7 Chiefs at Arrowhead this Sunday. The Chiefs are living on their laurels right now, as they likely won’t make the playoffs and the Chargers should, but they are 5.5-point favorites. Yes, it’s hard to fade Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes, but it’s worked more than half the time this season.
Oronde Gadsden start or sit: Week 15 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Oronde Gadsden ahead of Week 15

The Chargers haven’t looked great, and their weak offensive line continues to be a problem. The loss of OT Joe Alt to season-ending ankle surgery happened to coincided with upstart rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden seeing a steep drop in production. Can he turn things around this week in Kansas City?
Below, we’ll go over Oronde Gadsden’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 15.
Fantasy Football analysis: Chargers, TE, Oronde Gadsden
Gadsden burst on the scene in Week 7, when he went for a 7/164/1 line. From Week’s 6 through 9, Gadsden caught 24 passes for 377 yards and two touchdowns. In his next four games, he’s totaled seven receptions for 88 yards and no touchdowns.
Gadsden is still playing as the TE1, but the offense without Alt and Rashawn Slater is going to have trouble. In those four games since losing Alt, Justin Herbert has thrown four touchdowns to three interceptions and is averaging 148 yards passing per game.
The Chiefs haven’t been as good as usual, but their defense has allowed the seventh-fewest points per game and the sixth-fewest fantasy points to tight ends. I don’t see how you can start Gadsden this week in single tight end leagues.
