The 6-7 Baltimore Ravens travel to frigid Cincinnati to take on Joe Burrow and the 4-9 Bengals on Sunday as 2.5-point road favorites. With the AFC North teams down this season, there is a chance for even the Bengals to find a way to the division title with the suspect Steelers leading the way at 7-6. Of course, the Ravens have a better shot, as they play the Steelers again this year and they are just one game back at the moment.
Mark Andrews start or sit: Week 15 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Mark Andrews ahead of Week 15

Below, we’ll go over Mark Andrews’ outlook in fantasy football for Week 15.
Fantasy Football analysis: Ravens, TE, Mark Andrews
Andrews has been boom or bust this season. After three straight weeks of Top 10 fantasy finishes, he’s now gone three weeks as TE38, TE17, TE46. In two of his last three games he has just one reception. Like many tight ends, his lack of big target numbers keeps his upside down, meaning he usually needs touchdowns to be a strong start.
The good news is that he’s facing a Bengals defense that at no point this season has been able to stop tight ends. They’ve allowed the most targets, receptions, yards, yards per catch, touchdowns and fantasy points. You’d be crazy not to start Andrews this week, even with his inconsistencies and the bitter cold forecast.
