One common weakness with drafting and roster building in fantasy football is neglecting players on teams performing poorly as a collective. While Johnson was hurt in the perception department by being demoted from the no. 2 receiver on the team to a slot option, he has excelled in his new role, catching four touchdowns over the past three weeks, including two this past Sunday in a loss to Jacksonville.
↵While it’s possible he’s simply been in the right place several times late in scoring drives over the last month - his yardage totals aren’t particularly high - it can’t hurt to tale on someone favored in the end zone, be it for a middling offense or not, especially in a deep league that carries multiple flex options or more than two receivers.
