To get you ESPN Fantasy players up to speed, we’ve put together a fantasy football cheat sheet for you.
After the jump, check out ESPN’s fantasy projections, the most added players this week and the most dropped players from ESPN’s fantasy leagues.
Top Fantasy Football Projections for Week 4
1. Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Marshall: 10 receptions, 125 yards, 2 touchdowns (24 points)
When not experience momentary lapses of reason, Brandon Marshall is as talented as they come in the NFL. Marshall had a big week in Week 3 against the Jets and with the Patriots giving up 30 points to the Bills last weekend, expect Marshall to have a big game in Miami against New England.
2. Tennessee Titans RB Chris Johnson: 22 rushes, 111 yards rushing, 2 touchdowns, 3 receptions, 14 receiving yards (24 points)
Another fantasy stalwart, Johnson has blown up in two of his three games this season. He should rally against the Denver Broncos defense.
3. Indianapolis Colts QB Peyton Manning: 26/38 passing, 343 passing yards, 3 touchdowns, 1 interception (23 points)
Peyton is Peyton. Start him. He’ll getcha some fantasy points.
4. Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick: 28/43 passing, 310 yards passing, 2 touchdowns, 8 rushes, 39 yards rushing (23 points)
Vick has been a fantasy powerhouse this season. He'll go against the Washington Redskins this weekend. You can expect another solid passing day from Michael Vick plus an extra 5-10 points from rushing the ball.
5. Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers: 22/33 passing, 272 yards passing, 3 touchdowns, 1 interception, 5 rushes, 22 rushing yards (22 points)
The Packers take on Detroit this weekend and the Lions have been torn up by some good quarterbacks this season. Expect Rodgers to do the same.
Most Added NFL Players in Week 4
- New England Patriots RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis: This New England running back should see more touches this weekend with the Patriots other running back Fred Taylor nursing an injured toe. Green-Ellis may be a good #2 or Flex option against the Dolphins on Sunday.
- Seattle Seahawks defense: The Seahawks rise near the top of this list is pretty much entirely because of their opponent - the St. Louis Rams.
- New York Jets TE Dustin Keller: A couple of touchdowns last week and one the week before has put Mark Sanchez's favorite target in the spot light. He's still a tight end but he's getting a lot of looks in New York.
- Denver Broncos WR Brandon Lloyd: 169 yards last weekend thrust Lloyd into the spot light but be weary. Tennessee defense is the probably best Lloyd has played against this season.
- San Diego Chargers RB Mike Tolbert: A handcuff for the other Chargers running backs Darren Sproles and Ryan Mathews, Tolbert should see more carries if Mathews can't go this week.
Most Dropped NFL Players in Week 4
- Chicago Bears WR Devin Aromashodu: Inactive last week and only 71 yards receiving on the season, Aromashodu should be dropped immediately.
- San Francisco 49ers defense: Fantasy defenses are so much about match ups that you'd be wise to sit San Fran's D against the Atlanta Falcons.
- New Orleans Saints K Garrett Hartley: Missing three field goals in three games will get any NFL kicker the boot.
- New Orleans Saints WR Robert Meachem: Meachem has been invisible this year and through three games, that seems to be a pattern in New Orleans.
- Arizona Cardinals WR Steve Breaston: Injured until at least Week 7, Breaston won't be playing.
