Though he showed up on the Jacksonville Jaguars' injury list this week, don't be tempted to take Maurice Jones-Drew out of your fantasy football lineup this weekend. Both the ESPN and Yahoo! Fantasy Football Projections have Jones-Drew as one of their top projections for NFL Week 5.
Checking The ESPN And Yahoo Fantasy Football Projections for NFL Week 5
First, the news: Jones-Drew, who injured an ankle last week against Indianapolis, practiced fully on Thursday and Friday after sitting out on Wednesday, according to The Florida Times-Union. That only serves to bolster the projections for this Sunday.

ESPN ranks Jones-Drew as its top fantasy football player for the weekend, projecting that he'll carry the ball 28 times for 132 yards and two touchdowns against the Buffalo Bills. Yahoo!, meanwhile, reminds us that Jones-Drew didn't fare well last year against the Bills (66 yards and a touchdown), but also Buffalo is giving up the fourth-highest number of fantasy points to running backs this season.
Another player to make sure you play: Indianapolis Colts receiver Reggie Wayne, whose team will be taking on the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. Like Jones-Drew, Wayne blew up last week, catching 15 passes for 196 yards. ESPN predicts more of the same: Nine receptions for 124 yards and a touchdown. Yahoo! likes what Wayne did last week and predicts a repeat, noting that the "Chief CBs are actually decent but he was all kinds of active last week and must start every week." And who can argue with that logic?
