Fantasy Football Deep Sleepers, Week 10: The Blair White Project

QB Shaun Hill - Yet another separated shoulder for QB Matthew Stafford, who might be lost for the season, means another chance for Hill to take over an emerging offensive force. Everyone knows about WR Calvin Johnson, but the emergence of TE Brandon Pettigrew and WR Nate Burleson give ample weaponry for Hill to do damage this week against a solid Buffalo secondary. The schedule is also quite welcoming the rest of the way and lacks a forceful pass defense, making Hill a useful stretch run QB2. Hill is dealing with injury himself, but the Lions brass are hopeful he'll be a go this week. If not, 3rd stringer Drew Stanton would get the start, though his inexperience makes him a desperation fantasy play. Check back with SB Nation during the week to find out if Hill is practicing.

WR Kevin Walter (@JAX)- Walter's been quiet this season as has the entire Texans passing game, due in large part to the breakout campaign of RB Arian Foster. This week Matt Schaub and the aerial assault will look to get back on track against a woeful Jags secondary that receivers and this prognosticator in particular, have been picking on all season. Walter has the trust of his QB and it's looking like WR Jacoby Jones won't ever completely usurp Walter from his starting gig. Expect Houston HC Gary Kubiak to use this matchup to instill some confidence in his passing game as the Texans try to stay relevant in the AFC. Walter makes for a high risk/ high reward option in case you are needing the potential for a big game this week from a spot start.

WR Blair White (CIN) - We don't need to tell you to start Indy receivers. We just need to prove that there will be enough snaps to go around. Well, with walking injury Anthony Gonzales a recent addition to IR and starting slot receiver Austin Collie out following a scary concussion last week, White will step in as the Colts #3 wide receiver. Indy runs plenty of three wide receiver sets, so expect at least 5-7 looks this Sunday against a Bengals defense that will throw two solid corners at Reggie Wayne and Pierre Garçon. If you're in a pinch you could do worse than add White this week.

TE Jimmy Graham (BYE) - We've been following Graham, a former Miami university standout ever since the Saints drafted him this April. With starting TE Jeremy Shockey making his annual visit to the emergency room with bruised ribs Graham could step into the Saints offense and have an immediate impact after their Week 10 bye. Graham is a former basketball player converted to TE in the mold of Antonio Gates and his basketball background make him an ideal target for Drew Brees who said of the rookie:
