Colts WR Anthony Gonzalez Out For The Year
Gonzalez is one of five players the Colts have left home as they traveled to Philadelphia for today’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Running backs Mike Hart and Joseph Addai were also left in Indy. WR Austin Collie has traveled with the team, but is still listed as questionable who apparently means he could do anything from play to be placed on IR.
The Colts injury situation is only exacerbated by the ridiculous position they’ve been put in by the NFL’s schedule makers. After playing on Monday night, they have to travel to the east coast on a short week to play a team coming off their bye.

The oddest injury of the week has to be to Cardinal’s RB Beanie Wells, who had an allergic reaction to a lubricant that was injected into his knee. They inject lubricant into knees? Insert your “tin man” jokes here. He’s currently listed as questionable, but told reporters that he will play this weekend.
