Andre Johnson Injury Update: Texans WR Out For Week 6

The Houston Texans will be without the AFC's best receiver again in their Week 6 clash against the Ravens, and they have officially listed Andre Johnson as out on the injury point.

Those following Johnson’s hamstring injury are unsurprised by this news. He missed last week’s game, hasn’t practiced at all this week, and could still be on the shelf for next week’s matchup. Though head coach Gary Kubiak said he was “encouraged” by Johnson’s progress, he doesn’t seem any closer to returning.

Jacoby Jones will receive the start in AJ's absence, though he had just one reception for 9 yards last week despite being targeted 11 times. Kevin Walter caught a touchdown and a 41-yard bomb last week, so both seem adequate replacement options.
