Fantasy Football Week 7 Running Back Projections: McFadden Will Give Carson Palmer Solid Support
Week 7 of the fantasy football season brings us more decisions. Which players look like potential gold this weekend? We’ve got the projections.
Running backs play a key role in fantasy, you normally have to play two each week, and many fantasy owners like to slip a third one in as a flex play. That covers a lot of players. Time to sort out the cream of the crop for Week 7.
Our partner, numberfire.com, has provided us with projections for 25 top-rated running backs in Week 7. They determine their projections by feeding the stats and matchups into the computer, and the computer responds with its best estimate.
These projections are live and may change before Sunday’s action. Come back over the next few days until game time to see where your players stand.
The Raiders may have a brand new quarterback in Carson Palmer, but they still have a premium running back in Darren McFadden. The projections for this week like McFadden for a huge day. Other stalwarts include Ray Rice, Arian Foster and Adrian Peterson.
But how about some lesser known guys? Backup or flex play running backs for this week include Jackie Battle, Ryan Torain, DeMarco Murray and Earnest Graham.
* Fantasy Points Projections are based on the Yahoo! and ESPN default scoring settings. Quarterbacks are scored with 1 point for every 25 passing yards, and 4 points for every touchdown. For running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends, they are scored with 1 point for every 10 total yards, and 6 points for every touchdown. This is a non-PPR projection.
Injured players appear on the list, this is their projection IF they play.
