NFL teams released their Thursday practice participation reports as they continue preparing for Sunday's week seven contests. While most teams are on the Wednesday-Thursday-Friday schedule, the two Monday Night Football teams (Baltimore Ravens, Jacksonville Jaguars) go with a Thursday-Friday-Saturday schedule of practices. Sunday teams will release their final injury reports Friday afternoon while the Monday Night Football teams release their reports on Saturday.
Week 7 NFL Injury Report, Thursday: Mike Wallace Upgraded To Limited, Antonio Gates Sits Out

This week's reports include some random injuries that are tough to figure out. Antonio Gates is a perfect example of this. He was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice session, but he sat out Thursday's practice. A downgrade in practice is generally a problem but for Gates and the Chargers, it is more likely simply a matter of trying to avoid overworking a banged up Gates. He will still likely be a bit of a game-time decision, but it sounds like he will be back in the Chargers lineup against the Jets. We'll have a slightly better idea on Friday, but expect to have to check the inactive list on Sunday.
