It was a pretty quite day for Denver Broncos starting quarterback Tim Tebow until the fourth quarter of their game against the Miami Dolphins. Heading into the final frame the Dolphins had a 15-0 lead. To the delight of the national media, Tebow got things going with his arm in the last quarter. He tossed two touchdown passes and a ran for a two-point conversion that tied the game and sent it to overtime.

Tim Tebow’s two fourth quarter touchdowns salvaged what might have been rough day for fantasy football teams.


Tebow finished the game with 161 passing yards and two touchdowns. He completed 13 of 27 passing attempts. On the ground, where fantasy experts predicted Tebow would have his biggest impact, the Broncos second-year quarterback ran for 65 yards on eight carries, including a two-point conversion that he punched in to tie the game with seconds left on the clock.
Denver won the game on an overtime field goal, the result of recovering a Miami turnover.
The Broncos host the Detroit Lions next week.
