Sam Bradford Questionable With Ankle Injury

St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford took the majority of reps with the first-team offense on Friday and appears on track to start on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

Bradford is officially listed as “Questionable” with his ankle injury.

Bradford suffered a high left ankle sprain on the the Rams' final offensive play in a 24-3 loss to the Green Bay Packers on October 16. The injury sidelined last year's first overall pick for two games, with journeyman A.J. Feeley leading the Rams to a 1-1 record before Bradford returned for last week's 19-13 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

In the loss, Bradford completed 23-of-36 pass attempts for 255 yards with an interception. Bradford was back in a walking boot after the game and was a limited participant in all of this week’s practices. Should Bradford be unable to play against the Browns, who are coached by former Rams offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur, Feeley would make his third start of the season.

Bradford and Feeley are the only two quarterbacks on the Rams' 53-man roster after the club released Tom Brandstater to activate wide receiver Mark Clayton from the physically unable to perform list.
