A couple of good defenses will be out of action this week due to the bye, owners of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Houston Texans defenses will need to look for replacements.

Without Pittsburgh playing, the Baltimore Ravens and the Green Bay Packers top the projections rankings. The New York Jets defense has an interesting matchup tonight (Thursday) as they take on the new-look Broncos. It's unlikely that Tim Tebow will test the Jets corners often, so it will be a battle between the Jets run defense and the Broncos dedication to the run with Tebow. The computer likes the Jets in this matchup and ranks their defense sixth.
