Fantasy Football Week 9 Wide Reciever Projections: Mike Wallace, Greg Jennings Good Bets
Week 9 of fantasy football is coming around the bend, we’ve got player projections to help make your roster decisions.

The wide receiver position always seems like one of the most fluid positions on a fantasy roster. Guys are up and down, veterans start tailing off, fresh-faced youngsters break out, you see all types of movement in the position, even week-to-week. So let’s look at the best candidates for Week 9.
Our partner, numberfire.com, has provided us with projections for 30 top-rated wide receivers in Week 9. They determine their projections by feeding the stats and matchups into the computer, and the computer responds with its best estimate.
These projections are live and may change before Sunday’s action. Come back over the next few days until game time to see where your players stand.
Greg Jennings and Mike Wallace top the list of early returns. (Remember, the projections widget updates all week, check back for new projections). Along with the other top-name wide receivers, most owners are likely playing them, anyway. But what about further down on the list. Some surprises you might want to get in your lineup include: Nate Washington, Jerome Simpson, and Sidney Rice.
As for Andre Johnson, we still project him, but his status is far from certain and he missed practice on Wednesday.
* Fantasy Points Projections are based on the Yahoo! and ESPN default scoring settings. Quarterbacks are scored with 1 point for every 25 passing yards, and 4 points for every touchdown. For running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends, they are scored with 1 point for every 10 total yards, and 6 points for every touchdown. This is a non-PPR projection.
Injured players appear on the list, this is their projection IF they play.
