Vincent Jackson Fantasy Stats: Rough Outing For Chargers Wide Receiver

Vincent Jackson had just two receptions for 25 yards during Sunday's overtime loss to the Denver Broncos. He was targeted just three times after being thrown to nine times the week before. He wasn't helped by another erratic outing from quarterback Philip Rivers, who went 19-for-36 passing for 188 yards.

Jackson has been all over the map as a fantasy receiver. Week 11's 165-yard outburst came just one week after one-reception dud against the Oakland Raiders. A number of factors contribute to the wild swing, not the least of which being the struggles of Phillip Rivers in the passing game. Jackson deserves your fantasy consideration every week, especially since the Chargers have been passing a ton to make up for their defensive deficiencies. Just keep in mind that the potential for disappointment exists.
