If you're super desperate for a quarterback, Kyle Orton will be in contention for the starting job for the Kansas City Chiefs. Over in Washington, Roy Helu has done a nice job of grabbing the Redskins lead back role and might be a good option for flex plays and injury substitutions. Lance Moore is seeing more action from Drew Brees over the past month.
