Fantasy Football Week 10 Tight End Projections: Gronkowski Or Hernandez?
With no worries about bye teams in Week 10, we check in on the projected points leaders in fantasy football.
You got to love the infusion of talent at tight end over the past few years. The tight end is back as an element of the passing game, and some new guys are benefiting.
Our partner, numberfire.com, has provided us with projections for 15 top-rated tight ends in Week 10. They determine their projections by feeding the stats and matchups into the computer, and the computer responds with its best estimate.
These projections are live and may change before Sunday’s action. Come back over the next few days until game time to see where your players stand.
Jimmy Graham has proved to be the best of the new guys, good enough to where he regularly tops the weekly projections. Out in New England, the duo of Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez continually rank at the top of the projections, the only problem is deciding which one will have the big day each week. Last week's tight end hero, Jake Ballard for the Giants, sneaks into the bottom of the projections for Week 10.
* Fantasy Points Projections are based on the Yahoo! and ESPN default scoring settings. Quarterbacks are scored with 1 point for every 25 passing yards, and 4 points for every touchdown. For running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends, they are scored with 1 point for every 10 total yards, and 6 points for every touchdown. This is a non-PPR projection.
Injured players appear on the list, this is their projection IF they play.
