Michael Vick Expected To Return To Starting Lineup

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick participated fully in all three of this week's practices and is expected to start on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.

Vick is officially listed as “Probable” on the team’s final injury report of the week.

The Eagles have gone 1-2 without Vick, who injured his ribs during a loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10. Vick has completed over 60 percent of his 300 pass attempts for 2,193 yards with 11 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, adding 535 yards rushing, which has been an important aspect of his game. His most recent injury, however, has reminded Vick about the importance of self-preservation.

“I’ve made my mind up. There’s going to be times when I can’t get the extra yards. I gotta get down,” Vick said last week according to Philly.com. “I get too caught up in the game sometimes, but that leads to me being sidelined, not being accountable for the team on Sunday .. I don’t want to continue to put the team through that.”
