Rob Gronkowski Fantasy Stats: Record Breaking Day For Gronk

Move over Wes Welker, Tom Brady has a new favorite target in tight end Rob Gronkowski. Battling it out against the Redskins, Gronk has 118 yards on four receptions through the first half. He also scored a touchdown, his 14th, which gives him the regular season record for receiving touchdowns by a tight end.

Gronkowski has been an absolute monster fantasy tight end this season. He had eight scores in the five games prior to Week 14, establishing himself as the Patriots’ go-to anywhere near the goal line (or anywhere on the field, for that matter). It’s no surprise, then, that he came in ranked as the No. 1 tight end in fantasy this week over at the SB Nation blog Fake Teams. Gronkowski is a must start in any league. Period.
