Chris Johnson Fantasy: Back To Earth For CJ2K

Bill Hanstock
Bill Hanstock is a writer, author and Emmy Award-winning producer. He began writing for SB Nation in 2011.

Chris Johnson was back to the forgettable version of himself today. The Saints defense did a good job limiting the damage from the Titans’ running back. Johnson ran the ball 11 times for just 23 yards. He also caught five passes for 43 yards.

Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson is coming off of a Week 13 where he was battling illness all week, claiming he had been unable to eat and had dropped 10 pounds since the previous Sunday. That didn't stop him from having a big game in a win over the Buffalo Bills.

Johnson is nearing the 1,000 rushing yards mark for the 2011 season. Through Week 13, he has picked up 852 yards on the ground on 206 carries and has added an additional 272 yards in the air on 40 receptions.
