It’s the first week of the playoffs for many fantasy leagues which makes this the most important game of your fantasy football season. If you win, you continue, and if you lose, you’re done. This is a must-win and if you’re having trouble finding some sleepers for your team in Week 14, here are a few options to help you out.
Fantasy Football Week 14: Sleepers Include Joe Flacco, Roy Helu
Here’s a list of some sleepers that could help your fantasy football team in Week 14 of the 2011 NFL season.

Quarterbacks:
Joe Flacco is only owned in about 25 percent of ESPN leagues for good reason -- he's one of the more inconsistant starting quarterbacks in the league (when it comes to fantasy points). He'll put up a lot of points in one game and then next to nothing in another game. The Ravens are going up against the Colts this weekend so I expect Flacco to be able to impose his will on Indianapolis' secondary, at least until the Ravens get up by enough points to turn to the run.
This would be a risky start, especially when you consider that the Texans are facing the Bengals' sixth-ranked defense on the road. However, the Bengals game plan will likely be to stack the box in order to stop Arian Foster and the Texans' running game. That should set up the pass for Yates, especially if the Texans use play action. I'm not saying you should definitely start him but if your quarterback is hurt you may want to think about it.
Running Backs:
Roy Helu seems to be the guy that the Redskins are going to go with in their backfield. Usually it's scary to go with a Mike Shanahan running back but after two straight games with over 20 carries, there's no reason to think he won't get the same amount against the Patriots' last-ranked defense.
The Bills are playing in San Diego which means that they'll be going up against the Chargers' 26th-ranked run defense. Both the Bills and the Chargers have been on a downward spiral lately but Spiller has the speed and talent to hand the Bills a victory. Stick with him in Week 14.
Wide Receivers:
Jabar Gaffney WR Washington Redskins
The Redskins will likely look to take advantage of the Patriots' last-ranked pass defense. That means that Rex Grossman will look to get Jabar Gaffney the ball. Gaffney will be looking to bounce back from a game in which he was shut down completely by the Jets secondary. Expect big things.
Michael Crabtree is coming off a big game against the Rams and this week he'll be going head-to-head with the Cardinals, who have the league's 25th-ranked pass defense. Alex Smith and Crabtree make a good team and you could take advantage of their potential on Sunday. He's available in almost 40 percent of ESPN leagues.
Tight Ends:
Jermaine Gresham TE Cincinnati Bengals
Here's the problem with the Bengals passing attack: A.J. Green is the team's only reliable wide receiver. Both Jerome Simpson and Andre Caldwell only show up when the feel like it. This means that Andy Dalton's second best receiver is his tight end. That's not all that bad considering that Gresham is a freakishly athletic tight end. Against the Texans' pass rush, Dalton may look for Gresham more than anybody else.
Logan Paulsen TE Washington Redskins
The Redskins' starting tight end, Fred Davis, is suspended which means that Logan Paulsen will likely get the start. Did you know that the Patriots' have the league's worst pass defense? The Washington Redskins know it and Paulsen could help them take advantage of it.
Defenses:
The Seahawks are facing the leagues second-worst offense at home on Monday night. They picked off four passes and scored a touchdown against the Eagles last week and they can put up a similar performance this week. Pick them up.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have turned the ball over 12 times in the last four games and the Jaguars have quietly crept up the rankings to be the league's fifth-ranked defense. They host the Bucs and there's no reason that you shouldn't start them.
