Josh Freeman Injury Status: Bucs QB Will Start Week 14

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman is active and will start in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN. Freeman missed last week's game against the Carolina Panthers with a right shoulder injury, but took his normal reps in Friday practice and is now good to go on Sunday.

Head coach Raheem Morris told The Tampa Tribune on Friday that Freeman “looked good” in practice on Friday and “threw the ball a lot more” than what occurred in practice last week, all of which is good news for Buccaneers fans and fantasy owners.

Freeman broke a 36-game consecutive starts streak by missing the action in Week 13, but he is ready to start a new streak today. In 11 starts in 2011, Freeman has completed 61.8 percent of 411 pass attempts for 2,715 yards with 12 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
