Jimmy Graham Injury Update: Saints TE Could Be Limited Versus Titans

In a bit of tough last minute news, New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham was reportedly struggling in warmups. Twitter was all "atwitter" over this last minute news as the news came literally two minutes before morning kickoffs. There are reports he was catching some balls and had a heavily taped ankle.

It was too late to adjust lineups, but it will be interesting to see how involved Graham is in the Saints offense. He is reportedly not starting at tight end, leaving John Gilmore as the starter. Gilmore has one catch for nine yards in 2011 and 53 receptions for 533 yards and five touchdowns in nine season as an NFL tight end.

This is the second big name to cause problems just before kickoff. A month or so back, Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was a scratch literally five minutes before game time. Graham does not appear to be a complete scratch, but it is frustrating nonetheless.
