Fantasy Football Week 15 Quarterback Projections: Grossman, Palmer Could Be Emergency Plays
The fantasy playoffs are here and the pressure is on to get the right guys into your fantasy lineup. Who are good bets for Week 15?
All year long, the Big Three, make that the Big Four, have been leading the quarterbacks in fantasy points. Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Tom Brady, and you have to include Cam Newton. Those guys are automatic plays, but who else of the quarterbacks could have a big week?
Our partner, numberfire.com, has provided us with projections for 15 top-rated quarterbacks in Week 15. They determine their projections by feeding the stats and matchups into the computer, and the computer responds with its best estimate.
These projections are live and may change before Sunday’s action. Come back over the next few days until game time to see where your players stand.
Matthew Stafford, Tony Romo and Eli Manning have been among the best after the Big Four, and that should continue this week. Desperation plays at quarterback this week? Try Carson Palmer or Rex Grossman. Palmer is expected to have a couple of injured receivers back, and Grossman faces a Giants defense that gives up a ton of points to quarterbacks.
* Fantasy Points Projections are based on the Yahoo! and ESPN default scoring settings. Quarterbacks are scored with 1 point for every 25 passing yards, and 4 points for every touchdown. For running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends, they are scored with 1 point for every 10 total yards, and 6 points for every touchdown. This is a non-PPR projection.
