Fantasy Football Week 2 Tight End Projections: Hernandez Over Gronkowski In New England

Earlier we posted the computer projections for tight ends in Week 2 of fantasy football action. Now, we turn to our partner, PlayThisGuy.com, for a roundup of experts from all over the Internet. They surveyed 22 sources for their rankings, and compiled them into a single chart.

It's still Antonio Gates at the top, whether it's the computer rankings, or the survey of Internet fantasy gurus. But in these rankings, Jermichael Finley and Vernon Davis jump into the second and third spots. In New England, choosing between Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez can be tough, but they recommend Hernandez this week. A couple of old-time vets, Kellen Winslow and Tony Gonzalez, get the nod as good plays.

Week 2 Consensus Rankings

1. Antonio Gates (SD @ NE)
2. Jermichael Finley (GB @ CAR)
3. Vernon Davis (SF vs. DAL)
4. Jason Witten (DAL @ SF)
5. Owen Daniels (HOU @ MIA)
6. Dallas Clark (IND vs. CLE)
