The all-important decision - who to start and who to sit on your fantasy roster. This is where the games are won and lost. Nothing is worse than watching a couple of players go off during the games, all the while you know you benched them. Conversely, playing a guy who lays an egg is excruciating. So we need all the advice we can get.
Fantasy Football Week 4 Start ‘Em Or Sit ‘Em: Jason Campbell Rates A Start
Who you start and who you sit are the toughest decisions in fantasy. We offer up some help for Week 4.

In that spirit, we turned to our partner, playthisguy.com, and asked for a list of starts and sits. They combed the Internet for fantasy advice and found 21 sources of quality information. They collated that into ten starts and ten sits.
Start ‘Em
In our fantasy projections for tight ends, we highlighted Greg Olsen as a guy on the rise. The fantasy gurus concur, and like Olsen enough in his game against Chicago to rank him third on the start chart. Someone has got to throw those passes to Olsen, so Cam Newton is also a go this week.
Quarterback Jason Campbell has a game against a Patriots pass defense that has been easy pickings, so the experts say start him. If you're believing in Campbell this week, then why not believe in his receiver Denarius Moore. The crowd says start him. Players on the Washington offense are also a good choice this week, with both Tim Hightower and Rex Grossman making the list.
Sit ‘Em
If you can avoid it, stay away from playing running backs going against the Ravens run defense. At least that's the advice from the experts this week as they say park Shonn Greene and LaDainian Tomlinson on the bench. Percy Harvin shows up in the sit column, probably because the Vikings refuse to play him enough snaps. The guys got talent and speed, so it's confusing why he isn't seeing more action.
BenJarvus Green-Ellis was a savior for many fantasy rosters last year when he put together a good season. So far in 2011, the shine is off, the experts say sit 'em. Nate Washington may be the logical choice to receive many of Kenny Britt's targets in Tennessee, but so far the gurus don't buy it. They bench him for this week.
