Fantasy Impact: It’s hard to believe a receiver with 123 yards could be forgotten about. Hartline’s 253-yard day will be discussed by every analyst in the world, but Bess is making a name for himself as well. Both receivers should be owned, especially in PPR leagues. Hartline is going to be No. 1 on the waiver wire after this weekend. However, if Bess is still available in your league, you should try to grab him if possible. Ryan Tannehill’s progression as a passer boosts everyone’s value in Miami.
