Wes Welker caught 10 passes for 138 yards and one touchdown on 14 targets on Sunday, proving he is still the go-to-guy for Tom Brady. Greg A. Bedard of the Boston Globe believes that the injuries to Aaron Hernandez and Julian Edelman made the Patriots realize how valuable Welker is to their success.
Wes Welker remains top fantasy option in New England
Wes Welker is still the No. 1 target for Tom Brady even with Aaron Hernandez back. We break down the fantasy implications.

Even with Hernandez back in the lineup, Welker should still see plenty of action. Players like Daniel Fells and Deion Branch should be the ones to see their targets fall off.
Fantasy Impact: If you were doubting Welker’s fantasy value at the beginning of the year, you have nothing to worry about now. He’s posted huge numbers in every game since Week 1, and this trend will continue as the season goes on.
Expect Welker to have another big performance in Week 7 when the Patriots take on the Jets.
