Joel Dreessen fantasy prospects on rise after 6 receptions on MNF
Joel Dreessen had six receptions for 57 yards during the Broncos’ comeback win over the Chargers on Monday Night Football. Jacob Tamme had just two catches for 27 yards. We break down the fantasy implications.

Dreessen failed to record a touchdown for the first time since Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons. He saw more targets than Tamme for the first time this season.
Fantasy Impact: Dreessen was a better fantasy option than Tamme over the three games prior to Monday, but only because he was able to find the end zone. Dreessen hadn’t been the more productive tight end from a yardage standpoint since a middling performance in Week 3.
The good news is that Peyton Manning is playing superb football at the moment, and the tight end position clearly has a significant role within the Broncos' offense. Unfortunately, Tamme and Dreessen split targets too often to make either player a reliable weekly fantasy starter.
