Brandon Lloyd says shoulder injury is ‘fine’, improving fantasy stock for Week 7
Brandon Lloyd said “I’m fine” when asked about an apparent shoulder injury suffered in the fourth quarter of the Patriots’ loss to the Seahawks on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Lloyd had a good game regardless, catching six passes for 80 yards in the loss. He has 34 receptions for 401 yards and a touchdown through six games played this season.
Fantasy Impact: Don’t be surprised to see Lloyd’s name on the Pats’ injury report in the coming days. Bill Belichick will mark a player questionable at a mere sniffle. The fact that Lloyd spoke openly about the ailment is a good sign for his availability, as is the fact that he was able to return to the game Sunday.
Lloyd remains a decent WR2/Flex option in standard fantasy leagues. He hasn’t hauled in the truckload of touchdowns some predicted before the season, but he remains a consistently-targeted weapon in a prolific passing attack.
